A lovely fall flavor!  Fresh pears atop pastry cream and in a buttery tart crust.  We top with berries and make it shiny and tasty with an apricot glaze.

Our vanilla bean cake is flavored with fresh lemon juice and zest and then we add lemon curd between the cake layers and a lemon buttercream on top.  Lemony!
