A tasty and special summer pie. As long as we can still find them, we use fresh rhubarb and strawberries. Our 9"pies - made with a flaky buttery crust - provides six to eight pieces.

We love blueberries and we can't seem to stop adding more to this pie! There's a hint of cinnamon and lemon, too. We serve pies that are baked in simple pie tins - none of that crinkly aluminum stuff.
