One of our favorites! Lots of sweet coconut mixed into a sweet custard and topped with a tree topping meringue. Our 9" pie serves 6 - 8 people.

We love blueberries and we can't seem to stop adding more to this pie! There's a hint of cinnamon and lemon, too. We serve pies that are baked in simple pie tins - none of that crinkly aluminum stuff.
